Following a thorough assessment of your photographs, medical history and concerns, Cherie Nastas, RN, will provide personalised recommendations and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs, priorities and desired results. This may include recommended treatments, the number of sessions required and an estimated investment.

To ensure your consultation is as productive as possible, please complete the requirements below before your appointment.
Before your telephone consultation
To help me prepare for your consultation, please complete the following before your appointment:
1. Upload three clear facial photographs
- Front-facing photo
- Left-side profile
- Right-side profile
Please ensure photos are recent, taken in natural lighting, without makeup or filters, with your hair pulled away from your face and your full face clearly visible.
2. Outline your concerns and goals
Please describe your main concerns and what you would like to achieve from treatment.
3. Provide your relevant medical history
Please include:
- Current medications and supplements
- Known allergies
- Relevant medical conditions
- Previous cosmetic treatments and any complications
- Current or previous skin conditions
